- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping, providing affordable and efficient delivery to your doorstep. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
AUS: 3-6 working days

- Quality Guarantee: We're committed to the quality of your artwork and its safe arrival. We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge and expedite the process.
- Global Shipping: We ship globally to bring our exceptional art to your home, no matter where you are.
Returns and Refunds
- Items Not Delivered or Arrived Damaged: In the unlikely event that your order did not arrive or arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will rectify the issue by sending a free replacement. For damaged or incorrect items, we request photos for assistance.
- Returning an Unwanted Item: If you ordered a print or frame and changed your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unmarked, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items, and for framed artworks, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Returning Mod Mood Merchandise: If you ordered Mod Mood merchandise and want to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unmarked, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.
Additional Information
- Packaging: Your posters are securely framed upon arrival. The frames come pre-packaged with corners and wrap, and then they are placed in a box with sturdy edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used to provide additional stability, especially for multi-item orders (maximum 3 frames in one package).
